Dynamic Response Analysis of a Thin Plate with Partially Constrained Layer Damping Optimization under Moving Loads for Various Boundary Conditions

In this paper, the vibration analysis of a partially constrained layer damping plate subjected to moving loads is investigated. addition, first four order loss factor system optimized with location as design variable. The equations motion are derived through Lagrange equation based on shear deformation theory (FSDT). Next, using an extended Rayleigh–Ritz solution together penalty method expresses unknown displacement terms, and differential quadrature proposed obtain dynamic response in time domain. A multi-population genetic algorithm (MPGA) employed deal optimization plate. To ensure accuracy presented study, numerical results comprehensively verified by experiments open literature. show that increases when position patch close constraint boundary, best strategy optimize low under loads. It believed research interest engineering science.
